 Kamal Alam
Director
Kamal has been in the IT and telecommunication industry since 1988. Having worked with large corporations such as IBM and Philips Electronics in the United Kingdom, he started his own Business in 1996. Working closely with all the major telco’s including Vodafone, British Telecom, 3 and Orange the company grew from a small one person organization to over 150 people in 2003. Kamal sold his UK Business in 2003 and emigrated to Brisbane in 2004 where he started Callcare Australia.
Kamal is a 3 tick authorized Telstra representative.
 Oliver Shepherd BSc (Hons)
Business Development
& Account Manager
Oliver joined CallCare in September 2010, quickly obtaining ‘three tick’ Telstra accreditation in voice, mobiles and data. Oliver manages a broad base of our customers, providing advice and support with high level customer care. Oliver believes in dealing with customers with openness, honesty and integrity. Oliver has eleven years’ experience in the commercial property sector in the UK; he was most recently an Asset Manager for Derwent London Plc from 2007 to 2010 where he developed his customer management and consultancy skills following successful spells at Segro Plc, Dreweatt Neate and Colliers CRE
 Regan Vaz
Operations Manager
After having completed his Bachelors of Business Administration in India, Regan moved to Australia to complete his further studies; He successfully completed his Master of Business Administration and joined CallCare Australia at its inception. With the team growing, Regan continued to move forward to become a Telstra product(s) specialist and provided its sales team and clients with technical and product knowledge. He now manages the Operations team at CallCare Australia and will be heading the Telstra Business Systems team within CallCare. He has been certified by Telstra as a Voice, Data and Mobility professional.
